Is there a baseline or range that the numbers under this counter should be? I see range of 0 to 28,000.

Yes, I've searched many articles but none really says what is expected value range.  What is a normal range.

Can someone post their statistics?  It seems average of 9 seconds is really high with range up to 35 seconds.
